Get a head start on the basics of the “Big 5” in preparation for your first Computer Science course! Topics covered will be the creative and iterative process with design, algorithm development, and data/network implementation. Fundamental coding ideas and concepts will be covered with a focus on Java. A personal laptop is required for this workshop.

Note: This course is designed for those who will be taking AP Computer Science A, but may briefly address some topics from AP Computer Science Principles. Students must have a solid foundation in high school algebra as a prerequisite.
